Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at FlyFive33! We know getting your FPV gear quickly is critical to keeping you in the air. Below are the details regarding our shipping processing times and policies.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: All orders for in-stock parts and components are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Custom Build Services: Since our custom-assembled drones are built to order by our expert technicians, please allow 5–7 business days for assembly and testing before shipment.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high seasonal volume.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FlyFive33 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and feel free to reach out to our support team so we can assist with the process.
