Our goal at Five33 is to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We work hard to deliver top-quality products designed by racers, for racers — but we understand things don’t always go as planned. Below are the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and warranty support.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging to qualify.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and for the refund to appear on your account.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us right away with clear photos and your order number.
Our support team will quickly review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the hobby, we can’t accept returns for items that have been used, soldered, crashed, or modified in any way.
It is important to test electronic components by plugging them in via USB to ensure they are not dead on arrival before soldering. If product appears to be defective and has not been soldered, we may still be able to process a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless a return is due to a Five33 error or a defective product.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Limitations of Liability
Purchasers of any products from our website expressly agree that in the event of any defects of a FlyFive33 LLC product, the only available remedy will be a refund not to exceed the actual amount paid by the purchaser for the product purchased. FlyFive33 LLC shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, failure to complete safety checklist, or the inability to use, the materials sold through this site or the performance of the products, even if FlyFive33 LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you believe a product is defective, please notify our Customer Service department immediately by email at support@flyfive33.com. All claims relating to defective products are limited to refunds of the purchase price and will be honored only when made within 30 days of the date the product was shipped. Requests for refunds will not be honored where products are damaged or fail through misuse or in violation of any of the Returns and Refund Policy.
